At Ehrhardt Hall Bed and Breakfast Inn, we aim to take you back to the elegance of yesterday. Our bed and breakfast is designed to replicate the look and feel of a bygone era when graciousness and thoughtfulness were a way of life. Reminisce with your southern hosts in this wonderful setting as you enjoy classy accommodations in our historic Antebellum-style mansion (1903).
The inn is decorated with antiques and is full of richly detailed public areas for you to explore. Walk around the place, and you’ll find a formal dining room and a colorful parlor or living room. We also have a large, warm kitchen that has a breakfast nook overlooking the birds and gardens. If you need to unwind, you can go to the first or second floor—relax on the wraparound porches in your favorite rocker chair, as well as wicker chair and couch.
Our inn is located in the famous Low Country of South Carolina. Stay at our place to escape the city and forget your cares. At our inn, you can relax in a pleasant atmosphere, and have a gourmet dinner by candlelight!
Ehrhardt Hall Bed and Breakfast Inn was founded by Frank and Shirley Ogle in 1998. Back then, Frank worked in corporate America. When his wife Shirley wanted to start a bed and breakfast, he agreed. Together, they built a quaint yet sophisticated inn that blended modern accommodations with traditional values.
To this day, we continue our custom of providing exceptional service. This is the reason why our lodge has stayed open for this long. Frank’s wife, Shirley, attends to the needs of every guest and ensures everyone feels at home.
Our attentive hosts welcome and serve a diverse range of people simultaneously. Most people who stay with us are perfectly satisfied with their experience. In fact, the majority of our clients return to our bed and breakfast for their next vacation.
